The ‘Paint The Town Proud’ heritage initiative is being delivered in collaboration with a number of local, national and international artists, creative organisations, community groups and commercial partners across several venues and key locations throughout Grimsby and Cleethorpes.

An Award-Winning Project!
The 'Paint The Town Proud' project was chosen to receive the Mayors 'Community Impact Award' at the NEL Civic Awards 2023.
We were blown away to be recognised amongst such other worthy winners and humbled to hear the positive feedback about the impact of the artwork within the local community.

Featured Street Art and Murals
Our featured murals appear on selected buildings throughout Grimsby and Cleethorpes depicting creative and heritage scenes by local, National and International artists.
Engaging Community Murals
We're also producing a variety of engaging smaller scale community murals (indoors and outdoors) working in collaboration with community groups and volunteers.
Digital Trail
We're building a digital trail of the murals so that visitors to the area can visit the locations and learn more about our local heritage while admiring the work by our artists...
Creative Workshops
Working with a diverse range of community groups and partners we are offering a series of creative workshops in different artforms including painting, drawing, graffiti, photography, sound production, digital creation and creative writing
